James Chappell: Abstract

Digital Shadows operate an internet monitoring service which seeks out security risks in the digital footprints of large organisations. In order to do this the firm has to collect and search large quantities of unstructured information from the surface, deep and dark webs and then use a variety of analytical techniques to turn this into useful information for their clients. James will be describing the capability and some of the technologies employed in the Digital Shadows Searchlight service, which delivers this "cyber situational awareness" to their clients.
